The first thing I used to teach fit pros how to do was to build a bed out of mats and towels in the break room. You know, they tell you
when you enter this industry to show up, get clients’
results, read the books, and listen to the podcasts and things will work out for you but after a while you realize
that nothing’s changed yet and you start to question
whether it ever will. And I’ve been there too. I’ve had clients no-show at 6:00 a.m. and I’ve worked the long days hoping that one morning I’d wake up
and things would be different, but it never was. It’s true, the fitness industry is broken but it’s not our fault. We were sold on a dream that doesn’t work. We were told that if we
get clients’ results, everything would work out
