The Fastest Path To Real Estate Success

The Fastest Path To Real Estate Success

What is the fastest path to succeeding
in real estate? My name is Kris Krohn. I’ve done thousands of deals. And today,
I’m going to share with you the fastest way to succeed in real estate. I’m also
going to show you the fastest way to fail. So, you can see the difference
between people that are winning and people that are losing. So today, I want
to have the honest, brutal conversation. I want to shoot straight. I want to tell
how it is. And the reality is that society has actually trained us to learn
in certain ways. There are 2 primary ways. We learn anything. If you want to
succeed at it. Number 1 is you got to read a book. Now,
I just want to get honest for a moment. There’s a lot of great knowledge in
books. There’s a lot of great things to read. But you know what? Is that the
fastest way to succeed at anything? If I held a gun to your head and say, “You got
90 days to make a million dollars or I’m blowing your brains out.” Would you say,
“Okay, Mr. Krohn, hang tight. I know I can do this. I’m going to the library. I’m
going to get books.” That is the last thing that you would do. Now, reading is good
but reading is for curious people or people that are trying to accumulate
information at just normal pace.Iit’s not the fastest. And if you want to know the
fastest way to succeed in real estate, I will tell you right now, reading alone is
not going to be the way to get there. Next society says, “A-ha! You need to go to school.
You need schooling. You need a degree. You need a piece of paper that says you’re
smart.” Now dude, school has a place. That’s important. I would never want to go into
the operating room with the doctor that didn’t go to school and to get a degree.
I would never want to hire a lawyer that didn’t have their law degree. But you
know what? You know how many degrees are out there that are just a pure freaking
loser waste of time? It’s amazing. We will spend years and go tens of thousand
dollars. So, let’s go back. I got a gun to your head. You’ve got 90 days to make a
million dollars. “Okay, Mr. Krohn, give me some time. I’m not going to read a book.
Instead, I’m going ot go sign up and apply for a university degree. Can you give me
an extension on blowing my brains out? Can I have 2 years to get a master’s?”
Friends, listen. I don’t want to bag on school but if you want to be fast and
real estate, I’m going to tell you right now. You don’t
do it by reading books and you don’t do it in school. That is not the fastest
path. The fastest path is what? Gun to the brains. What are you going to do? I’m going to
tell you right now that if I had to make a million dollars, I’m going to find the
most successful real estate investor out there and I’m goin to freaking… I’m going to
follow them like a crazy dog. I’m goin gto share with you exactly what I did when I
felt that level of pressure. Maybe not that my brains we’re gonna get blown out.
But I’m going to tell you right now. I was feeling some incredible angst. Like, I got
to get out of this place. I’m tired of being behind the 8-ball, I’m tired of
being poor, I’m tired of not have enough money, I’m tired of wondering whether I’m
being a good enough husband. I got to figure this out. Number 3.
The winner is not reading and it’s not school. And you need a mentor. Now, I want
to tell you what a mentor is and what a mentor is not. A mentor is not a book. A
mentor is not a degree. And a mentor is not necessarily a good person or a parent or
someone that has good intentions. A mentor is someone that has what you want
times 10. You say, “Kris I want to make 10 grand a month.” Then go find the mentor
that’s done a hundred thousand a month. You find the new order you say I want to
be a millionaire. Then go find the mentor that knows how to make 10 million and
reverse engineers it and says, “I can show you how I did it.” There are not very many
of us out there that actually live by this. I’m buying hundreds of homes this
year. I don’t make my money selling information. I make my money being an
investor. That is my primary source of building my next hundred million dollars.
Now, I want to tell you something that… If you if you’re fan of the channel, you
watch my videos, I’m going to share with some stuff that you have not heard
before. So, pull up a chair, check it out. My first mentor I met, his name was Ben.
My wife and I… I found out I was going to be a doctor. We were taking a community
marriage course. Week 5, the lesson was on money and finance and being
responsible. And there was a guest lecturer. And this guy just had a way
about him. Where he’d seem carefree like he didn’t have a worry in the world. And
I’m like, “What does this guy do for a living?” And after the lecture, I came up
to him and I introduced myself says, “What do you do?” He says, “Oh, well. I actually
just got stateside. I’ve been overseas for the last decade.” “What did you do
there?” He said, “I just been traveling with my family. I’ve made a lot of money in
real estate years and years ago. And I don’t work anymore.” I caught the bug. Now,
don’t make this mistake because this is what I did.
This was kind of pre-cellphone world. kind of I tracked the dude down I don’t
like the yellow white pages. And I basically drove to his house at night
and I knocked on his door. And when he opened the door he’s like, “What the Freak
are you doing here, man?” Like, I was tenacious. I was kind of going for it but
I kind of turned him off. So, he kind of slammed the door in my face.
I still bothered and asked. But shortly while later, I met my next mentor. His
name was John. Now John, was way more helpful than Ben. John had also made like
10 plus million dollars in real estate. And had been very successful. And John
would actually let me ride along. He would actually let me get in the car and
go with him and look at his deals. And my earliest memories of real estate was
walking in on his deals and it was him helping me on mine. I found the house. I
did what he asked me to and then I reviewed the numbers with him. And dude
it was a goldmine. And that house set me up. It brought me on my journey. My
third mentor however took me even further than John. He started
collaborating with me. We started doing deals together. A deal that I made a lot
of money on. He actually helped me find and we did it together. And I did the
seller financing with him. And his name was Greg. And Greg actually lived across
the street in a tiny little bungalow and you had no idea that this man had money.
It was just he was like The Millionaire Next Door but he kind of looked like he
was living in a little bit of poverty. And it was just… It was interesting. These
were my first 3 mentors. And I want to tell you what I learned from them. Ben
may have been the one to like get my juices going. John started doing it with
me and then Greg went full hands-on with me. And in the end, I learned what it
actually takes to succeed in real estate. If you want to know the fastest way to
make money in real estate, I’m giving it to you right now. Number 1 you’re going
to need to know, what’s the strategy for making the most money. Number 2, you’re
going to need a mentor that will actually walk you through it review
deals and look at them with you. Number 3, there’s contracts, there’s legal
stuff. There’s things to make sure that you don’t do this thing. Now, there’s
flyers, there’s paperwork. They got to provide all of that. Number 4, after
all this happens, they need to be able to give you the walkthrough support. The
ongoing training. Like… Friends, these are the things that everybody needs. This is
what I needed, this what made all the difference in the
world. The fastest path to making a million dollars… The guns on the head ,you
got 90 days. What are you going to do? I’m going to go find someone that has made
millions of dollars and I’m going to say, “Help me make a million dollars in the
next 90 days and you make whatever arrangement you need to to make that
happen.” Now, here’s the problem. Most of us don’t live like our life is on the line.
I know that for some of you that’s vulgar. Like, “Kris, gun to the head? Dude
could you be a little more crass?” I want you to get something. You’re not living
strong enough. You’re not living like your life’s on the line. You’re not
you’re not you’re not putting it all out there, you’re not taking your shot. You’re
playing it safe. “Going to watch some videos, I’m going to do it next year. It’s going to be
all good. I got good intentions man.” No, this has got to stop. At some point,
it’s time to take action. And if you’ve been watching… Listen to this, if you’ve
watched more than 10 videos of me and have not contacted then the number in
the link below to actually get a game plan work with my team, get my free book.
If you haven’t done that yet, it’s time for you to do what? It’s time for you to
take action. I may not be the mentor for you but I certainly meet the criteria of
a mentor. Why? Because I trust me. I’ve made 10 times whatever it is your
numbers that you want to make. And I reverse engineer it. I got the tools. I
got the contracts. I got the paperwork. I got the walkthrough. I got everything
that you need. Now, whether on the right mentor for you, you got to ask whether
that really resonates with you. But if it does, you click the link and I’m going to be
your fastest way to getting where you want to go. If it’s not me,
fine. Then go find the next person and I challenge you within 30 days to make an
arrangement with someone that has 10 times the results that you want. That is
going to be your fastest way. Find that mentor and make it happen. Go, do it. Now.
Right now. Now. See you.
