Living the Dream: One chance to save his family from poverty?

I love soccer since I was a child. But I didn’t have shoes to play soccer so I asked my mother to buy me some. She said that she doesn’t have the money but she’ll buy me the shoes next year. That’s why I played football barefoot the whole year. After one year my mother bought me the shoes including shin guard and socks. I grew up in a very poor family, my mother earns 40 Euro a month and we have to pay a rent of 34 Euro. So we have to live with 6 Euro for the whole month. When I was a child, my father left us and married someone else. Since then my mother has taken care of us although she didn’t earn much money. Sorry sir When I am on the pitch I feel good and special. I always want to play good and score goals for my team. I like it when I play well and people care about me. I love that feeling! I never thought in my wildest dream that I would ever get the chance to go to a soccer camp in Germany and meet the best football players in the world. But the Allianz Junior Football Camp made my dream come true. Allianz Junior Football Camp has really changed my life. During the camp my way of playing soccer changed a lot, my passing and shooting skills improved very much. I really liked playing with my teammates and I had the opportunity to get trained by world class coaches. I really had fun with the other participants from different countries. They all liked me, we took a lot of pictures and they hugged me. To sum it up, we had a great time together and I liked Germany a lot. After the camp, I was turned into an instant celebrity in my city, was rewarded by the school, state and central government authorities… Everybody loved me! And as a soccer player, I played alongside senior players in the school league and city league. I have been called for various exhibition matches. Recently I have been shortlisted to represent Baichung Bhutia academy in the U-13 league team in 2017. If I become a star I will support my mother in every possible way. She always worked very hard to support me and my passion for soccer. She did a lot for me!
