I only wish we had longer to stay and enjoy the area. Everything was clean and well maintained. We couldn't have found a better place to stay - this place felt just like home! Nearby are the historic towns of Kent, Lakeville, Litchfield, Great Barrington, and Millerton. We particularly enjoyed the hiking and sauna. Great neighbourhood with take-out markets and a neat coffee shop around the corner. Both the bathroom and showers are located a one minute walk away in the Stone Barn. It just made everything feel so spacious and relaxed. Looking forward to a return visit. Nancy was very responsive and informative. It so exceeded our expectations. Lourdes was very kind to us and made us a very nice hot breakfast. We would stay there. We would highly help date with cargill sending saucy valentine staying with Jeanne and in New Haven. Judy treated me with tasty breakfast and tea I love the next morning. The amenities provided were just what we needed, and the air con was brilliant. The house is surrounded by seemingly endless open space and nature preserve, all yours to enjoy! We met Max briefly and quickly warmed to him - he's a brilliant host and anyone staying there can be sure that they'll be. Our room was quaint and clean. She was flexible about greeting us at whatever time we would be arriving.

With that said, if you view it like "glamping" and don't plan to cook, I think you would be fine! And the room and adjoining bathroom were great. Highly, highly recommend staying with Christine at her one-of-a-kind guest home.
